Eileen was tired this am. She said she didn't want to take more pain meds so I told her that it was her choice and that she didn't need to be a hero, If she needs them take them. I talked to Tammy and she said they offer them to her like they always have they aren't trying to push her take them.
She drank most of her coffee today.
I've got the paperwork signed for a handicap sticker so Trip if you and Andy want to take her out somewhere this weekend you can use it. I also think we should use it for mom. This weekend at Clifton was a mess. Kate and Carol we can work out the details.
I'm going to take a mini DVD player into Leen tomorrow. She wanted to see a couple movies and she is bored with the TV. If you visit and she says she wants to see something let me know and I'll pick it up and bring it out to her. I'm hoping this will block out some of Mary's antics.
well gotta run. If there is something else you can think of that I can do to help let me know.

Dearest Eileen: Words seem so insignificant at times like this. I am so grateful to God that I was able to see you before the visitations were ceased..but you have never left my thoughts or prayers.
You have been such a wonderful friend, role model, mentor, therapist, instructor and disciplinarian to countless people over the course of your life...not to mention 'Mom' to hundreds of wayward souls. Your impact has been felt far and wide.
What keeps crossing my mind over and over again is that God has decided your work here is done...and He knows how hard you've worked!! Now is your time to rest and bask in His love and feel the strength and support in His arms.
But we are not losing you...you will be here in the hearts and minds of all those that you have touched through the years. And your spirit will be with us daily. And then someday further down the road...I know without question that we will see each other again...how excellent is that?!!
I also want to tell you how COMPLETELY AMAZING your sons have been...there is no question that the fruit didnt fall too far from the tree. They have displayed such strength and wisdom - you have so much to be proud of - but I know you knew that already.
I love you dear friend...Go With God.
